leader in the design of custom residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. We currently have an opportunity in our
Flagler Office. Candidates will work collaboratively with design team members in an open, creative environment.
ARCHITECTURAL CAD OPERATOR
Qualifications
- Strong AutoCad Architecture skills are required.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the industry.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Sketchup is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned project with minimal supervision.
- Must have knowledge of products and standards used in the commercial and home building industry.
- Work with project manager to create specific floor plan and elevation layouts.
- Produce architectural construction documents.
- Able to use x-refs Model/Paper space and convert layouts into PDFs.
- Able to use and create blocks and import data using AutoCad Architecture.
- Able to interface CAD with associative programs and/or learn this skill quickly and efficiently.
- Able to work on multiple projects and the ability to keep them organized.
