leader in the design of custom residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. We currently have an opportunity in our
Flagler Office. Candidates will work collaboratively with design team members in an open, creative environment.
ARCHITECT DESIGNER
The ideal candidate will be a responsible project manager of both commercial and residential projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned project with minimal supervision.
- Work well in High Pressure Environment.
- Must have knowledge of products and standards used in
the commercial and home building industry. - Work with department head to create lot specific floor plan layouts.
- Produce Architectural construction documents.
- Able to use x-refs, Model/Paper space, and converting layouts into PDFs.
- Able to use and create blocks and import data using AutoCAD.
- Able to interface CAD with associative programs and/or learn this skill quickly and efficiently.
- Able to work on multiple project and ability to keep them organized.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong AutoCAD is required.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in building and construction.
- Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Maps.
- Knowledgeable in Lumion/Sketchup is a plus.
