PROJECT PHASES
1. Programming
Working with you, we develop the design you desire and need, while attending to modern concepts and budgetary limitations.
2. Schematic Design
We produce conceptional drawings that give you an idea of what is entailed in a design. Oftentimes, the concept becomes the lead design against which we produce architectural drawings.
3. Architectural Detailing
With final approval, we create the architectural plans needed to move forward with construction. The client is always at the forefront and our exhaustive attention to detail ensures your satisfaction with the outcome.
4. Construction Administration
Once you have approved the plans, JPA will oversee the construction phase of your project. We’ll anticipate issues and streamline communication between you and the General Contractor.
